Engineering Technician duties include drafting civil engineering projects, including residential building site plans, commercial/industrial plan sets, and subdivision plan sets utilizing Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D.Additional duties include miscellaneous administrative office work such as filing, taking calls, working with team members to get projects completed in a timely manner; this will mean working on multiple projects within any given day.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic AutoCAD drafting ability is required.
- 2-Year degree, technical degree, or schooling in progress.
- 3+ years of civil drafting experience utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D preferred.
- Knowledge of other Autodesk software such as Storm and Sanitary Analysis preferred
- Proficient skills with Excel and other Office 365 products
