Job Responsibilities
  • Be a team lead responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a design team.
  • Manage project execution from start to finish, including scoping, timelines, budget estimations, and delivering a quality design package.
  • Conduct design reviews.
  • Meet with clients and construction crews to review design scope and discuss project execution.
  • Contribute as a technical leader to improve team knowledge continually.
  • Actively seek new project opportunities by building and maintaining client relationships.
    • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or traffic/transportation engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
    • Experience in Traffic Control Planning drafting.
    • Proficiency with AutoCAD or Rapid Plan.
    • PE License preferred.

    • Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience.
