Responsibilities will include: Launch and lead our Sioux Falls office, serving as the local point of contact and operations leader. Manage and deliver civil infrastructure projects, primarily in wastewater treatment, conveyance, and utility infrastructure. Oversee design-build projects from concept through construction. Guide and perform technical civil design, with a secondary focus on structural elements. Build and lead a high-performing local engineering team.
