Civil Engineer (Industrial Developments | PE Required | Civil 3 D Expert) We are seeking a Civil Engineer who is passionate about delivering innovative solutions for medium to large-scale industrial developments. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects that directly support mission-critical operations, including a state-of-the-art industrial facility. Key Responsibilities Lead site development, including site master planning and site selection. Design underground utility routing and plan site space for optimal efficiency. Perform hydrology analyses for storm drain system design. Analyze and design gravitational wastewater systems. Prepare final grading plans, including cut-and-fill analysis and earthwork balancing. Develop erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and support permit approvals.
