Independently apply extensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields.2. Use advanced techniques, theory precepts and practices in the civil engineering field and related sciences and disciplines. 3. Plan, schedule, conduct, and/or coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work. 4. Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved civil engineering techniques or procedures to create new or refined equipment, materials, processes or methods. 5. Prepare reports and correspondence concerning the direction of projects. Requirements

Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.

Some specific specialties (master's degree/certification): PE license strongly preferred

Minimum experience: Five or more (5+) years of experience in civil engineering, land development industry or related industry experience strongly preferred.

Valuable: Must hold a valid state driver's license and successfully pass a motor vehicle check. Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications and civil engineering design software such as Civil3D.
