Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

We're seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and project managers. This is an opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure and land development projects across public and private sectors-including municipalities, DoD agencies, and transit authorities.If you're passionate about civil design and have hands-on experience with MicroStation InRoads, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingYou'll support project managers in delivering high-quality engineering solutions from concept through construction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing site layouts, grading plans, and utility systems
• Preparing PS&E packages, cost estimates, and technical reports
• Developing roadway geometry, drainage systems, and stormwater management plans
• Coordinating with permitting agencies and utility providers
• Supporting construction with technical guidance and documentation

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of civil engineering experience
• Proficiency in MicroStation InRoads (this is a must-have)
• Experience with site development, roadway design, and public infrastructure
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam is a plus
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• EIT certification in California preferred
• Experience with DoD projects (e.g., Navy, METRO rail) is highly desirable
