The HT Group is hiring an Civil ConstructionSupervisor for a high-profile, large-scale construction project supporting next-generation manufacturing. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on a fast-moving, high-tech industrial build near Taylor, TX Onsite Position, ASAP Start (Relocation Offered, Salary + Bonus & Benefits).OverviewThe Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities of external facilities, including but not limited to:
  • Underground utilities installation
  • Electrical panels, conduit, cable, and lighting installation Heat tracing for outdoor piping
  • Fire sprinkler and alarm system installation (FALSS) Installation of tempered water skid, safety showers, and piping
  • Road pavement (asphalt, concrete, gravel, etc.), outdoor concrete pads and subgrade preparation
  • Interior finishing works (gypsum walls, ceilings, painting, doors, etc.) and spill prevention facilities (such as sluice gates and water quality monitoring systems
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of on-site construction experience, with a focus on civil, electrical, or steel structure (CUB) work
  • Proven experience supervising structural steel activities including anchor bolt installation, steel erection, bolting, welding, painting/galvanizing, and related inspections.
  • Strong understanding of module installation and lifting management.
  • Experience working with and overseeing subcontractors.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience in EPC and high-tech industrial projects (e.g., semiconductor plants).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and experienced with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modeling software such as BIM and Tekla.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve field issues.
  • Ability to interpret contracts, project specifications, codes, and technical drawings.
