The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities from planning to completion, ensuring quality standards, budget control, safety compliance, and timely delivery of civil works. What you'll... Plan, schedule, and oversee daily civil construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications. Manage project teams including site engineers, subcontractors, and laborers. Interpret and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders and senior management. Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental policies and regulations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and government authorities as needed. Lead site meetings and resolve on-site construction issues promptly. Track resource allocation, materials procurement, and cost management. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure standards are consistently met. Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations. What you'll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of [3+] years of experience in civil or infrastructure construction management. Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale civil projects (e.g., roads, bridges, utilities, drainage systems, etc.). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions.
