The City is a politically and financially stable home-rule community that covers 18.7 square miles, that is seeking a forward-thinking Director of Information Technology with a passion for advancing the City's goals and priorities, a strong commitment to public service, and exceptional customer service standards to play a strategic role with the leadership and direction of the Information Technology Department.

The City is rated AAA and has a current annual budget (all funds) of over $100 million, with over 360 full-time, part-time, and seasonal personnel. The Director of Information Technology reports to the Deputy City Manager and leads a department of 1 full-time Network Administrator plus 2 full-time contract personnel, who are anticipated to be transitioned to full-time City employees in January 2026.All positions work on-site.
