Apply via Dice today!Description:*Hybrid 2 days a week in Lansing, MI*Our client is looking for a strong candidate responsible for providing design, engineering, technical implementation support, process design, and service design package documentation for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX). This role requires expertise in enhanced call routing and call center agent/supervisor functional requirements. The Senior System Engineer will also provide Level 2 and 3 technical support, training, and knowledge transfer to the Telephony Services staff. Additionally, the role includes engineering and technical support for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate: $45 - $55 / hr. W2Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions for Cisco UCCX to meet call routing and call center requirements.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support for UCCX, CUCM, and CUC.
• Develop process and service design documentation.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for Telephony Services staff.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless system integration and operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to UCCX, CUCM, and CUC.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve service delivery.

• 5+ years experience with Cisco UCCX
• 5+ years experience with Cisco CUCM
• 5+ years experience with Cisco CUC

Qualifications include proven experience in designing Cisco telephony solutions, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to train and mentor team members.

Skills, experience, and other factors will be considered in pay rate determination. The listed pay range reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available.
