Operate processing and packaging equipment Monitor overall product quality, complete required checks as well as associated daily production paperwork Clean and inspect equipment and work areas Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures Detail clean all assigned area of the plant Record and maintain sanitation records and sign off on completed projects on the master sanitation schedule. The use of a computer will be required.
