Join our team of passionate pediatric healthcare professionals empowering Kidz to be kids through PPEC daily skilled nursing!

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for managing programming and operations, including food nutrition, environment, and childcare programming, at their designated Kidz Club location. The PM will supervise and train staff, provide client and family education to achieve optimal outcomes, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and organizational policies. The PM will also assist other members of the Center Leadership team with non-nursing tasks.

Positions Available:

  • Full-time

Starting Rate:

  • $16.00 - $18.00 Rate increases with experience based on pre-set qualifiers.

Qualifications:

  • Certification or degree in a related field.
  • Management, childcare, and/or child development experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Current CPR (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
  • Current TB test required.

The Kidz Club PPEC provides daily skilled nursing care for children aged birth to under 21 with medical complexities. PPECs facilitate communication among pediatricians, therapists, and families, ensuring continuity of care through case management, skilled nursing, and enrichment activities for the child's betterment.
