Childcare Needed - Care.com : Job Details

Well I am on maternity leave right now and will be back to work in October. I need care once I go back to work because putting my infant son in daycare is expensive without any type of assistance from the county. I need someone that I can trust with my baby. Someone that is gentle with him. When I go back to work I will be on the schedule from 7am-4 p.m. and my oldest will be at school from 7:30-6 he goes to the after school program. I will also need someone to be flexible as far as staying late if I have to stay at work late and to pick my oldest up from school if I cant get to him due to me working late.
