Childcare Needed - Care.com : Job Details

I am looking for a nanny who only attends to my baby. I preferably would like someone with multiple years of experience and a background in childcare and or education. It is not a requirement but preferred. I am looking for someone who will structure my daughters day with activities to help develop her motor and mental skills. It is also preferred the nanny watch our daughter in our home. Light house keeping would be appreciated but also not a requirement.
