Childcare Needed - Care.com : Job Details

We are looking for care for our son when I return to work (he will be 4 months old at that time). Ideally this person would be kind, attentive, and enjoy spending time with a baby. This would be part-time in our home on weekdays; schedule is TBD - we will likely be fairly flexible. We are also looking around at local daycares and have not yet decided what option is going to work best for us, but would love to start talking with folks who may be interesting in working with us!
