Childcare Needed - Care.com : Job Details

My daughter has a complex ADHD diagnosis, she has a lot of focus issues. I need someone patient enough to help her with homework. I am working 12hr shifts. I have to leave earlier than when their busses get here. They have morning checklists. My afternoon/evenings may be covered by a family member but there may be times I need help. Or when they are off of school when I am scheduled. We also are starting over from a bad situation and I need someone who will give my kids grace when they are having hard days. Trauma informed would be beneficial. Patience will be key.
