CHILD SUPPORT SPECIALIST TRAINEE - State of Illinois : Job Details

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Child Support Services is seeking to hire a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our Cook Account Maintenance / Account Support Team in the role of Child Support Specialist Trainee. The candidate will participate in an agency sponsored training program for twelve months receiving training designed to develop knowledge and understanding of the Child Support Services program and its policies and processes. Additionally, the candidate will receive training learning how to interpret and review child support orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to be successful in evaluating the operations of the Cook Account Maintenance/ Account Support Team 1.
