Child Care Director (Appleton YMCA) - YMCA : Job Details

The Appleton YMCA is hiring a full-time Child Care Director to lead our Early Childhood Child Care department. Early childhood care at the downtown Appleton Y includes both full-time & short-term licensed child care, Appleton Community 4 K & 4 K wrap around child care and preschool/growth & development classes. As a Director, you'll build relationships through meetings & correspondence with parents, members, staff, volunteers and our community partners. Responsibilities include maintaining program & child care licensing standards and records with extreme accuracy. Work closely with our child care center leadership team to hire, coach and lead our teachers & support staff. Oversee an annual budget as well as assist in the coordination & implementation of fundraisers. Directors also serve as a trainer for child care & emergency response-related trainings.
