As a Center Director, you will be responsible for leading and growing a successful early childhood education center. Your responsibilities will include: - Take ownership of the school, doing whatever it takes to deliver on the financial metrics while never compromising on child safety, excellent programming and employee appreciation - Drive enrollment growth by engaging with the community, conducting excellent tours, and building relationships with prospective families - In partnership with Marketing, implement marketing and outreach strategies to ensure strong enrollment and brand awareness - Recruit, hire, and train a team of educators to establish a high-quality learning environment while keeping children safe - Develop an online presence to keep families engaged and informed leading up to and beyond the center's opening - Develop strong family partnerships, foster open communication, and ensure a welcoming and nurturing environment for children - Manage daily operations to ensure...Director, Child care, Leadership
