We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior-level expert to step into the position of CTO in this fast-expanding ISP. Ideally, you will have a strong background in Telecoms and ISP environments.

Lead the charge in optimizing network processes, selecting and integrating a top-tier NOC partner, and boosting fixed wireless speeds to 100x100 for 95% of our customers. Responsibilities:

• Ensure 99.90% network uptime through strategic upgrades and 24/7 monitoring.
• Select and seamlessly integrate a high-performance NOC partner.
• Lead successful infrastructure deployments with 99.90% uptime and in-budget delivery.
• Boost fixed wireless speeds to 100x100 across 95% of the network.
• Build and maintain real-time network performance dashboards.
• Oversee network security and incident response with 100% coverage.

Skills/Must Have:

• Senior-level networking experience (telecom/ISP preferred).
• Expertise with fiber and fixed wireless tech (Calix, Nokia, Ubiquiti, Cambium, Tarana).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and high-performing teams.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and innovation.
