Client Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Growth & Market Development
    • Identify and size high-value growth opportunities in existing and adjacent markets (e.g., employer programs, veterinary services, specialty pharmacy).
    • Develop the corporate roadmap, aligning opportunities with operational capabilities.
    • Advise the COO and leadership on necessary technology, system architectures, and process capabilities.
  • M&A & Partnerships
    • Build and execute an M&A roadmap targeting compounding pharmacies, niche fulfillment providers, and strategic partnerships.
    • Lead due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions.
  • Operational Alignment & Process Improvement
    • Standardize KPIs, SLAs, and processes across three fulfillment facilities.
    • Implement structured frameworks (e.g., plan-do-check-act) to ensure process adherence.
    • Partner with operations and technology teams to improve API uptime, reduce inventory, and optimize fulfillment performance.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on long-term positioning and competitive advantage.
    • Collaborate with the CFO, VP of Operations, and Chief Pharmacy Officer to connect strategic priorities to execution plans.
Experience & Skills:Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or a comparable operating role.
  • Experience in market analysis, business planning, and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Proven ability to integrate technology, process, and operations to scale an organization.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and M&A exposure.
  • Track record of creating and implementing KPIs and SLAs.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Background in digital health, healthcare services, or pharmacy (retail, specialty, compounding).
  • Experience with multi-site operations and fulfillment logistics.
  • Understanding of software implementation and architecture planning.
Compensation $300k
  • Medical – PPO or HDHP with HSA card, Dental, Vision, STD, company paid employee life insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, 401(k)
  • Paid PTO – 3 weeks (120 hours per year)
  • Paid Sick – 3 days (24 hours per year)
  • Paid Holiday – 6 (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
