The Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead BEGM's product strategy, roadmap, and execution. This executive will drive the evolution of our flagship products — BEGM ProTrader, BEGM Elite ProTrader, and BEGM Global Marketplace — ensuring we deliver a seamless, compliant, and cutting-edge experience across asset classes.

The CPO will be responsible for defining and executing a product vision that balances institutional sophistication with retail-friendly usability, while ensuring full alignment with SEC, FINRA, CFTC, and global regulatory frameworks

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) located in New York, NY. The CPO will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of the company's product portfolio. This includes devising and implementing product strategies, leading product management initiatives, and managing project timelines and deliverables. The CPO will also be responsible for leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment towards the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy across all BEGM platforms.
• Lead product development for mobile apps, web trading, APIs (REST/FIX), compliance automation, and syndication features
• Partner with CEO, CTO, and leadership team to align product with growth, compliance, and capital formation strategy.
• Build and mentor a world-class product team spanning UX, data, and product management.
• Oversee the lifecycle from concept ? rollout ? scale ? IPO (2028–2030 roadmap)
• Ensure products meet institutional-grade standards for latency, reliability, and security (SOC2, ISO 27001, Reg BI)
• Maintain competitive advantage against Carta, iCapital, Coinbase, IBKR, and fintech peers through continuous innovation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in fintech, trading platforms, investment banking, or asset management technology
• Proven success scaling institutional-grade trading or investment platforms.
• Deep knowledge of equities, derivatives, crypto, and private markets
• Strong understanding of financial regulation (SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA, NYDFS, etc.)
• Track record of managing high-performance product teams and executing at Fortune 500 standards.
• Visionary leadership style with ability to bridge institutional investors and modern fintech UX.
• Experience in Product Strategy and Product Management
• Strong skills in Project Management
• Proven ability in Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
