Chief People Officer

Responsibilities & Expectations

Lead with empathy and build a people-first culture; partner with CEO and Board to align people strategy with organizational goals; develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for learning and development, succession planning, and organizational development; oversee benefits, compensation, compliance, and talent management; drive organizational change, structure teams, and foster a culture of ownership and trust; travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Strong foundation in core HR functions and a track record in professional services firms
  • Experience in employee-owned environments is highly valued
  • Background in PE-backed settings may be advantageous
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and trust-building skills
  • Highly structured, analytical, and client-service oriented
  • Ability to lead organizational change and drive strategic execution
  • Willingness to travel as needed
