The Company is in search of a visionary and strategic Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead the people and culture function. The CPO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for fostering a thriving, inclusive, and values-driven culture that aligns with the organization's mission and drives high performance. This role involves overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, employee experience, DEI, organizational development, HR operations, and total rewards, with a core focus on building and nurturing a world-class company culture that engages, retains, and inspires. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership in HR, organizational development, or people strategy, with a proven track record in strategic culture-building, high-impact people strategies, and executive-level advising. They will be adept at leading culture-building initiatives, conducting employee engagement surveys, and translating insights into action plans. The CPO will also be responsible for designing and implementing a future-focused people strategy, driving leadership development, and ensuring a consistent, employee-centered experience. A deep understanding of HR compliance, DEI, and change management best practices is essential, as is the ability to set measurable DEI goals and hold leadership accountable for inclusive behaviors and outcomes. The role requires exceptional communication, influence, and leadership coaching skills, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, with HR certification preferred.
