About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operations and People Officer to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our institutional operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee key areas including human resources, business operations, facilities management, capital planning, technology integration, compliance, and nutrition services. Your leadership will be crucial in managing our annual budget appropriation process, supervising multiple departments, and collaborating with directors to align financial projections and technology strategies with our organizational vision.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master\u2019s degree, preferably an MBA, and possess significant financial leadership expertise, including experience in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and capital financing projects. We seek someone with a solid understanding of accounting and operational systems who excels in financial modeling, revenue forecasting, staffing management, and technology deployment across departments.

Responsibilities

You will also play an essential role in strategic planning initiatives, leading cross-departmental teams to promote the long-term goals of our organization. Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison with legal counsel for personnel matters, facilitating collective bargaining activities, and managing state financial audits.
