Position: Chief Operating Officer

Cole is a high-energy, people-centric multi-disciplinary company providing Civil Engineering, Surveying, Landscape Architecture, ADA Transition Planning, and GIS services to our clients. Cole has a national presence with offices in St. Louis, St. Charles, and O'Fallon, MO, and Phoenix, AZ.

Leadership Responsibilities:

Perform duties, including, but not limited to:

growth and prosperity of the Company

8 Maintain the external relationships consistent with the goals, philosophies and desired image of the Company. This shall include supplier, industry and banking relationships, as well as public and community relations

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Registered Professional Engineer
• Senior level management experience in the industry is required
• Extensive knowledge of the industry and market conditions
• Excellent time management skills, organizational and communication abilities
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong business and financial acumen
