Job Description :

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Operating Officer to oversee all segments of our operations and drive scalable growth across the globe. We are a vertically integrated manufacturing company operating in over 20 countries. Our business spans international trade, importation, manufacturing, distribution, equipment, service, and repair, with a strong emphasis on client relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and unify all operational functions across the organization, including international trade, importation, manufacturing, distribution, equipment, service, and repair.
  • Set and execute the company's operational strategy in alignment with growth objectives and profitability targets.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production, planning, quality assurance, inventory management, and logistics across multiple countries.
  • Establish and optimize ERP, CRM, and financial systems; ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and scalable processes.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to translate strategic goals into actionable operations plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization) to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and performance dashboards; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including system implementations, process refinements, and organizational design.
  • Manage risk and compliance across international markets, including trade regulations, import/export controls, and quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in operations leadership, with a proven track record of strategic achievements in manufacturing or operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to quantify results in prior roles (cost reduction, productivity gains, quality enhancements, scale initiatives, etc.).
  • Experience implementing and working with ERP, CRM, and financial systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  • International experience: operating across multiple countries with knowledge of trade, importation, and global distribution.
  • Industry background in Food, Beverage, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred.
  • Master's degree in Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
