We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Operating Officer to oversee all segments of our operations and drive scalable growth across the globe. We are a vertically integrated manufacturing company operating in over 20 countries. Our business spans international trade, importation, manufacturing, distribution, equipment, service, and repair, with a strong emphasis on client relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and unify all operational functions across the organization, including international trade, importation, manufacturing, distribution, equipment, service, and repair.
- Set and execute the company's operational strategy in alignment with growth objectives and profitability targets.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production, planning, quality assurance, inventory management, and logistics across multiple countries.
- Establish and optimize ERP, CRM, and financial systems; ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and scalable processes.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to translate strategic goals into actionable operations plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization) to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and performance dashboards; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead change management initiatives, including system implementations, process refinements, and organizational design.
- Manage risk and compliance across international markets, including trade regulations, import/export controls, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in operations leadership, with a proven track record of strategic achievements in manufacturing or operations.
- Demonstrated ability to quantify results in prior roles (cost reduction, productivity gains, quality enhancements, scale initiatives, etc.).
- Experience implementing and working with ERP, CRM, and financial systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- International experience: operating across multiple countries with knowledge of trade, importation, and global distribution.
- Industry background in Food, Beverage, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred.
- Master's degree in Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
