Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, private clubs, resorts, property management, or comparable multi-department operations.
- Proven ability to create structure through systems, KPIs, and process improvements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
- Skilled in project management, financial oversight, and strategic planning.
- Experience serving a discerning clientele and maintaining high standards of service.
- Hands-on, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Comfortable living and working in a small community.
