Position Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee and optimize key operational functions, including Implementation (AI, Medical Record Review, Analytics), Litigation Management, and Client Success. Identify bottlenecks, define KPIs, and drive efficiency through process and system design.
  • Scalability & Infrastructure: Spearhead the implementation of systems, processes, and technology to scale operations efficiently and effectively in line with the company's growth trajectory. Standardize workflows, streamline processes, and develop frameworks to ensure the company is able to handle increasing complexity as it grows.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the efficient allocation of resources – including timelines, budgets, and headcount – to ensure optimal utilization across the Operations organization. Ensure that operations are properly resourced to handle both current and future demands.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Cultivate a strong operational leadership pipeline, providing guidance and coaching to Directors, Managers, and other emerging leaders within the Operations organization.
  • Client Delivery & Success: Work with the Director of Implementation and Director of Client Success to drive a seamless client experience from implementation to ongoing support. Ensure operational processes are in place to deliver client solutions on time, address customer needs quickly, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all operational areas to drive results, improve performance, and ensure targets are met in all areas of operations. Provide regular updates and insights to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless coordination between Operations and other non-Operations departments (i.e., Finance, Product, Engineering, Human Resources). Foster collaboration and communication to ensure alignment on goals and strategy.
Experience & Skills:Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive role at a growth-stage or investor-backed technology company.
  • Operational expertise in key areas including project management, resource allocation, and process optimization, with a strategic focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience working closely with C-suite executives, with the ability to communicate and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven success in building and leading teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with modern Business Intelligence (BI) tools, project management software, and performance tracking systems.
  • Experience leading distributed or remote teams.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience scaling a SaaS or transactional technology company through Series B/C stages.
  • Experience with software products involving a transactional or volume-based business model.
  • Experience in litigation, mass torts, personal injury, or LegalTech.
  • Familiarity with AI / Machine Learning technologies.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business, operations, or a related field.
Compensation $250k-$300k
