What We're Looking For

• Physician Leadership: MD or DO, board certified, with at least 10 years of primary care practice and significant medical director or senior leadership experience.
• Community Health Passion: Experience in (or strong commitment to) serving vulnerable and underserved populations.
• Strategic Innovator: A proven change agent with the ability to navigate complex systems, lead diverse teams, and champion equity, diversity, and inclusion in care delivery.
