Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) located in Silver City, NM. The CMO will oversee the medical aspects of Hidalgo Medical Services, including providing clinical leadership, establishing and implementing medical policies, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role involves strategic planning, managing medical affairs, and utilization management. The CMO will collaborate with other executives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school
• Experience in Managed Care
• Skills in Strategic Planning
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Silver City, NM
• MD or DO degree with board certification in a relevant specialty
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting is preferred
