As our next Chief Medical Officer, you will provide both strategic and clinical leadership for a collaborative and mission-driven team serving a tight-knit coastal community. You'll shape care delivery, mentor providers, and work closely with executive leadership—all while maintaining a manageable patient panel if you choose.

About Our Client:

Nehalem Bay Health Center & Pharmacy is a pillar of healthcare in the community—offering integrated medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy services in one of Oregon's most picturesque coastal towns. Our patients are our neighbors, and our providers are part of the fabric of the community.

Ideal Background:

• Board-certified MD, DO, FNP, PA, or DNP with active Oregon license (or eligibility)
• Leadership experience—formal or informal—with an ability to inspire, mentor, and lead by example
• A love for small-town medicine and a desire to make a difference at the community level
• Comfort working in a collaborative, integrated care setting

📍Location: Nehalem, Oregon – Less than 2 hours from Portland, but a world away from city stress

💼Position Type: Full-time, Employed

💰Compensation: $250K - $300K MD : $180K - $220K APP
