What We NeedWe seek a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to build and lead a top-tier marketing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will leverage your strategic mindset and data-driven insights to craft high-impact initiatives. You'll shape, implement, and optimize go-to-market strategies and brand activation to drive measurable growth.
What You'll DoPerks With Us:
This is a remote position (though we expect this person to be based in the NYC Metro area), and we are a fully remote organization at present other than meetings in NYC and seminars and various events/networking opportunities that are done in NYC and elsewhere. However, we are in the process of establishing a physical office space in NYC to promote collaboration, cultural enhancement, and client-facing opportunities. While we recognize that there are major pros to remote work, we also recognize the value of in-person connection and are embracing a hybrid approach for those who we feel it makes the best sense for in the organization. Our goal is to create an environment that best supports our mission that will include both remote excellence and meaningful in-person engagement.

Estimated Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 base salary + performance-based incentives + participation in our Revenue Sharing & Equity Plan (RSEP)—a unique wealth-building program that offers revenue-sharing distributions and equity participation, aligning incentives and enabling all employees to share in the company's ongoing success and potential future liquidity events.
