Position SummaryWe are looking for a high-energy, visionary and technically adept Chief Information Officer (CIO) with deep expertise in enterprise technology leadership within the aerospace and defense sector. As the senior technology executive, the CIO will architect and execute a secure, scalable, and mission-aligned IT strategy that supports both classified and unclassified operations. This role is critical in driving digital transformation across the organization, modernizing legacy systems, leading cloud adoption, and implementing automation to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
The CIO will oversee the design, deployment, and governance of enterprise information systems with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity resilience, regulatory compliance (including NIST, DFARS, and CMMC), and high availability across all platforms. They will also lead the development of AI and data analytics frameworks to support predictive maintenance, intelligent decision-making, and real-time situational awareness for aerospace programs.
By aligning advanced technology solutions with government contracting requirements and aerospace mission objectives, the CIO ensures the organization remains agile, secure, and innovation-driven in a highly regulated and competitive environment.
