Our privately-held, fast-growing client is a well-established, nearly $1B+ industrial business that has retained us to identify their next Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The organization has grown very quickly in the last 25 years, both organically and through a number of acquisitions, and they aren't slowing down anytime soon.
The CHRO will be a key executive leadership team member responsible for shaping and executing our client's human resources strategy to support the company's growth and transformation. This role will manage an HR function of around 20 people and requires a forward-thinking leader who can anticipate future trends, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure that the workforce is equipped to meet tomorrow's challenges. The CHRO will lead the human resources strategy and drive people-centric initiatives among the organization's 1,000+ employees. The role reports to the CEO and will provide thought leadership to the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors.
LocationPreference for this position is to be located at our client's headquarters in Minneapolis, or travel regularly there.
