Salary : $200,000 - $275,000

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of financial management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the organization's financial health.
• Prepare and present accurate, timely financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, offering insights into financial performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks, advising leadership on financial decisions.
• Supervise finance and accounting teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and support.
• Oversee audit processes and implement controls to safeguard assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including auditors, regulatory agencies, and financial institutions.
• Serve as the primary financial advisor to leadership, guiding strategic initiatives and decisions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CFA designation preferred.
• Proven experience in government or university financial management.
