A dynamic manufacturing company with $50–$100M in annual revenue is seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the financial strategy to drive sustainable growth, balancing big-picture vision with hands-on leadership to ensure financial health, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
What success will look like in this role - Within 6–12 months, you will have:
Designed and executed a financial strategy aligned with growth plans, positioning the company to increase market share and profitability.Overhauled and optimized cost accounting systems—using deep knowledge of bills of materials and manufacturing cost structures—to uncover measurable cost savings and margin improvements.Built a forward-looking reporting and KPI framework that equips the CEO, Board, and leadership team to make faster, more confident decisions.Strengthened treasury and cash flow position through improved capital allocation and working capital management.Developed and mentored a high-performing finance team that thrives on accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.Implemented system and process improvements (leveraging Microsoft Business Central) to improve speed, accuracy, and visibility of financial data across the business.Why This Role Matters

Who We're Looking For
You'll excel in this role if you are:
- A strategic finance leader with 10+ years in progressively senior roles, including at least 5 years in manufacturing.
- An expert in cost accounting, bills of materials, and identifying operational efficiencies.
- Comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
- Skilled at mentoring and building high-performance teams.
- Proficient with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central a plus).
- Adept at driving process improvements that stick.
- Strong in board communication and stakeholder management.
An MBA or CPA is preferred, but we value a track record of measurable results over titles.
