Lead and mentor a three-person accounting team while implementing strategic financial improvementsOversee general ledger accounting, consolidated financials, and corporate taxationManage multi-jurisdictional sales and tax compliance for contracting projectsOptimize Vista ERP system implementation and improve Procore integrationDevelop enhanced financial reporting and KPIs to support data-driven decision makingBuild relationships with project management to enhance financial accountabilityManage external relationships with banks, insurance, and bonding agenciesAdminister state and local tax licensing and renewalsQualifications
