We have been retained by a Private Equity Sponsor in search of a talented Finance & Accounting Leader. Join a mission-led SaaS business that is changing the landscape by empowering organizations to create a more accessible approach to managing their operations. Driven by a passion to improve the consumer experience, this SaaS Organization supports the leading operators in streamlining workflows and maximizing efficiency.

Alongside a collaborative and proven Private Equity Sponsor, this visionary company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer with the ability to strategically advise, lead, and empower the CEO through quality financial reporting and forward-thinking strategic support.

QUALIFICATIONS & IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Advanced degree and/or certifications preferred (MBA, CPA).

• Healthcare Tech Accounting or Finance leadership highly preferred.

• Proven experience in successfully transitioning from QuickBooks to a more sophisticated and automated financial system, optimizing efficiency and scalability.

• SaaS experience with a keen strategic approach to ARR models, budgeting, and reporting required.

• Private equity experience, to include leading a successful exit required.

• 15+ years in the financial industry with 8+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.

• Capable of working independently while meeting necessary deadlines and outlined expectations.
