The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, with a primary focus on financial management, capital markets activity, and investor relations. This role is pivotal in providing financial and strategic leadership to support the company's growth objectives, ensuring strong governance, and enhancing long-term shareholder value. Key responsibilities include directing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and tax functions, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring, and leading all capital markets activities. The CFO will also be the company's primary spokesperson with the investment community and will be expected to maintain strong relationships across various financial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive in a publicly traded company, with a preference for those with experience in the real estate sector. Deep knowledge of SEC reporting, GAAP, and REIT-specific accounting and tax regulations is essential. The CFO will be expected to have a strong network and credibility with investors, analysts, banks, and rating agencies, as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills. Personal characteristics should include being a strategic, forward-looking leader with the ability to anticipate market trends, and a hands-on, pragmatic approach to both strategic and tactical operations.
