As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in the strategic direction and financial management of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and providing senior leadership to the finance team.

Your duties will include:

- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth and profitability

- Leading business development initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions

- Providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at the executive level

- Managing the supply chain and optimizing costs throughout the organization

- Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks

- Overseeing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

- Monitoring profit and loss statements and identifying areas for improvement

- Ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and governmental accounting standards

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance leadership role

- Experience dealing with international accounting systems and currency

- Reconciling the bank, P&L, sales projections

- Strong knowledge of business development, mergers and acquisitions, and supply chain management

- Solid understanding of risk management principles and cost management techniques

- Proficiency in payroll management and financial analysis

- In-depth knowledge of profit and loss statements, IFRS, and governmental accounting standards
