Role: Chief Executive Officer

Location: El Paso TX.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the company's operations, with a focus on long-term growth, business development, profitability, and return on investment. This role reports directly to the Board of Directors based in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across all company functions, including sales, business development, and full P&L accountability.

•Represent the company in all external affairs, including with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Develop and execute the corporate strategy in close alignment with shareholders.

•Drive the organization toward its key goals and long-term objectives in collaboration with the executive team.

•Maintain close coordination with the German management team to ensure alignment of global and local priorities.

•Leverage sales and marketing expertise to identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

•Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes in collaboration with the Controller and CFO; monitor financial performance and ensure sustainable growth.

•Identify, develop, and retain top talents, support career growth and leadership development in partnership with HR.

•Continuously refined the organizational structure to boost operational efficiency and team effectiveness.

•Inspire and engage employees by clearly communicating the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction.

•Perform other duties as needed to support the company's success.

Required Skills and Abilities:

•Proven leadership skills with a strong command of business operations and financial management in automotive industry are highly preferred.

•Understanding of technical concepts, systems or product/production development processes.

•Exceptional communication and executive presence.

•Deep understanding of best practices in strategic management and organizational development.

•Strong negotiation capabilities and a confident, results-driven leadership style.

•Entrepreneurial mindset with visionary thinking.

•Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.

•Strong interpersonal and social skills.

•Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment with close ties to the German parent company.

•Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.

•Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or Spanish is a plus.

Education and Experience:

•Significant experience in senior leadership roles.

•Advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly preferred.

•Several years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally within the plastics sector.

•Engineering Background is a must.
