About the Role

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will play a pivotal role in leading our organization into the future. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, focused on delivering high-quality, efficient, and financially sustainable healthcare services to our community.

Candidates must possess at least ten years of executive leadership experience in a hospital setting, with preference for those experienced in community-oriented health systems. We seek a leader with a strong history of effectively engaging staff, promoting collaboration, and achieving positive financial, operational, and quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will be a prominent community figure, representing our organization locally and at the state level, as well as actively participating in our philanthropy initiatives to connect with donors and community leaders.
