This position holds full accountability for developing and executing a system-wide vision and strategy, while fostering integration, innovation, and a culture of shared purpose. The President & CEO will directly oversee the executive team, including the Vice President of Human Resources, and act as the key liaison between the divisions and the Board.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define and execute the organization's strategic plan in collaboration with the NOA Board and divisional leadership. Align efforts toward clinical growth, operational integration, and regional market leadership.Organizational Integration: Build a cohesive organizational identity across divisions while respecting legacy structures. Foster a shared vision and culture that unites all NOA entities.
Collaboration with Divisional CEOs: Partner with divisional CEOs to streamline decision-making, standardize best practices, and ensure operational consistency across locations.
Board Relations: Serve as the primary liaison to the NOA Board/Partners, providing regular updates, strategic insights, and performance results. Responsible for running the monthly board meetings and providing meeting minutes to all divisions.
Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities including service line expansion, partnerships, joint ventures, and market expansion.
Operational Oversight: Work with the CFO and operations leaders to ensure strong financial performance, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
Talent and Culture: Lead organizational culture efforts, working with HR to build a top-performing, inclusive, patient-centered workforce.

Experience working directly with physician-led governance or private practice partnerships.
Strong financial, strategic planning, and business development acumen.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and change management skills.
