Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estimator at Warfeather. The Estimator will be responsible for overseeing the estimating process, analyzing data, coordinating with subcontractors, and preparing cost estimates for construction projects. This role is located in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area but allows for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in construction estimation and project management with a focus on Government and Small Business Programs. 8(a), SDOVSB, HUBZone, TSB.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator) is a plus
