Join us in shaping the future of aerospace with high-performance, state-of-the-art systems.Position Overview:AVX is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to lead the design, development, and testing of VTOL UAS for the U.S. government and potential commercial applications. This role will oversee all phases of the UAS development lifecycle, from design and prototyping to testing and evaluation, with a focus on mission systems integration, AI-based autonomy, and hardware integration.Key Responsibilities:Lead and Execute UAS Development: Directly manage and contribute to all phases of UAS development, including design, prototyping, assembly, testing, and evaluation.
