Chief Engineer - East West Family of Companies : Job Details

Oversee the safe, efficient operation of all building systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and structural components. Lead departmental budgeting, planning, and capital project management to ensure long-term asset value and operational efficiency. Implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs, energy-saving initiatives, and emergency procedures while maintaining full regulatory compliance. Supervise day-to-day repairs and upkeep of common areas, back-of-house spaces, and grounds to maintain the highest standards of property presentation. Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted services including landscaping, snow removal, and specialized repairs. Support HOA engagement through Board meeting participation, reserve analysis input, and maintain clear communication channels with the General Manager. Location: Frontgate - Avon.
