Chief Engineer - Data Center - Jones Lange LaSalle : Job Details

As Chief Engineer, you will lead and supervise the maintenance staff in a 24/7 operational environment, ensuring all building systems run efficiently with minimal disruption. You'll be responsible for maintaining critical infrastructure, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and providing technical leadership to the engineering team. This role requires availability for after-hours calls and work tasks, with a focus on maintaining 100% uptime for critical systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include:Supervising maintenance staff and monitoring performance of their assigned responsibilities. Implementing and managing preventative maintenance programs with minimal service disruption. Maintaining and monitoring all building systems including fire/life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and emergency backup systems.
