Chief Compliance Officer - Healthcare Compliance Connections : Job Details

The Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for facilitating that regulatory compliance is maintained across the agency through compliance training, the performance of audits and development of plans of correction.

The Chief Compliance Officer demonstratesknowledge of and loyalty to the organizations' mission, vision, and values. In addition, this position actively participates in assigned projectsand committees to enhance the agency's efforts to facilitate ongoing excellence and quality service delivery for both the people the organization supports and the staff who support them. The Chief Compliance Officer has independent access to the Board of Directors to identify and report any substantial Compliance Risks.
