As Assigned - - Provides leadership for ad hoc needs and opportunities as directed by the EVP, in the area of compliance. - - Minimum Education & Experience: - - Masters degree, Juris Doctorate (JD), or other relevant advanced degree. Required A minimum of 7 years of executive-level experience managing compliance programs in a higher education or similarly complex environment, including demonstrated experience in leading large-scale compliance initiatives. Required Experience working with government agencies, regulators, and conducting compliance audits and investigations is required. Required - - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - - In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting higher education institutions, including but not limited to Title IX, Clery Act, and FERPA.
